I like the restock idea. I think weekly restocked would be fair; give people enough time to buy something they see that looks good, and refresh often enough that you see (hopefully) weekly shifts in crucible meta.

Yea that was my thought as well. Especially because all the guaranteed methods of getting legendary marks, daily and weekly pvp playlists, daily heroic story, nightfall and heroic strike playlist all reset on a weekly basis.
