I know you said fast weapons, but the best fire weapons i can think of are heavy. Twin princes greatsword is my favorite. Great damage, good utility.

I just watched a video of that one. I may be able to forgive the fact I won't be dual wielding or using a lighter weapon & use that.

The utility of its weapon art alone makes it great all around, and it puts out pretty good damage. Sucked trading in that big ass fire greatsword (lorian's i think. Always get the 2 mixed up). That one would be my second pick. But i also use Pyromancy as a supplement to my sword, i don't rely heavily on them though.

D's in all 4. Doesn't scale for shit past 40 in anything, but it's versatile so no matter what you invest in it still jeeps the weapon. And the arts scale with the weapon total, not intellect or faith specifically.

Not in this game no. I've just been too disappointed with magic overall to invest in enough int to make it usable for me. I tend to use Pyromancy, maybe a miracle or two.
