Nope. Snipers need to stay nerfed.
Pulses need no extra face wrecking damage.
Hc do need bloom removed, and autos, high impact, and to an extent mediums need more crit damage.

Edited by JungleofTaxemes: 9/23/2016 8:57:06 AMYes they do, because HCs without bloom would dominate both AR and pulse ranges without a buff. Pulses don't wreck face lol, except the grasp. That can stay alone, and they can give hawk, nirwen, and spare change their 2.0 dmg back. Snipers only need a handling buff (actually an un-nerf) to reward people who can aim quickly, to make an attractive choice for higher skilled players against what will now be a shotgun-dominated game.

Ugh no, any good pulse rifle will kill you in the equivalent amount of trigger pulls up to long range. Autos are outclassed by pulse rifles that have the same impact, but fire faster and do more damage at every range. I mean grasp is a doctrine that does 23 damage to the head instead of 15. If bloom was on every weapon who'd care. Can't just screw over one class of weapons. The concept of bloom on hcs is retarded, especially when almost over other weapon can kill you at max rof and sustained fire well within a handcannons range. Ad to that the amount of left to right stagger hc users suffer when someone is shooting at them. If hcs can't be simple hit scan with damage falloff, then no weapon should.

HCs 3 shot ppl mid/close range (all the maps are mid/close range maps) no other guns do that. Their op AF right now.
-
A pulse circle will kill you in the same amount of trigger pulls without the need to be as precise.

what are you on about? A hawk needs 6-7 of 9 crits, a grasp needs 8. A HC needs one lol That's why they need 2.0 damage back if you make HCs more accurate and buff pulses, it's too hard to 3 burst

I said, a hawsaw can kill in in the same amount of trigger pulls as a handcannon. They can kill you much quicker across i wide array of scenarios. Pulses are also more forgiving. It's not difficult to three burst with a pulse rifle. Even with a fourth burst a pulse rifle will apply more damage. Pulse rifles can spray someone down at rediculous ranges. Ask yourself why to people use a grasp? Because it fires as fast if not faster than a doctrine of passing, but it does a lot more crit damage, and has a significant range boost.

Edited by JungleofTaxemes: 9/23/2016 8:14:25 PMThey largely kill slower than a handcannon: a hawk kills in .87 for 3 bursts. A HC is .83 with a single crit. A grasp kills in .8 if you basically literally hit all crits. I'm not sure where you're getting 'forgiving' from because they aren't, nor do they kill faster. A fourth burst with a pulse rifle isn't something that happens a lot of the time against HC users. if it does happen it is again slower than 4 HC shots: 1.33s vs something like 1.2. They have more range, yes: but they would need to kill with fewer crits, because accuracy on HCs and damage on autos would necessitate being in a more awkward range, they would lose their competitiveness if you buffed autos and HCs but left pulses unchanged. They use a grasp so they can 4 burst everyone, no one is 3 bursting people using a grasp except good players vs terrible ones. The grasp doesn't need a buff, hawk and nirwen do. Grasp would be fine in this buffed universe. I honestly thought grasp damage was basically the same in 2.0. If it is much less now, then the grasp should be unchanged.

Edited by Killlerschaf: 9/24/2016 6:07:17 AMYou understand with what kind of input lag we play at, with 30 fps, lag comp and timed window for trades? 0.83 and 0.89 is basically the same, most of the time. Grasp needs more damage fall-off.

They kill slower than a hc with all precision hits. You will not consistently get best ttk with an hc. Never. The second you start taking damage a hc starts hopping left and right. You can't maintain high rof and perfect ttk with a hc. You can't spray someone down, save for tlw, but that gun is stupid, like you can with a pulse. Especially at the ranges with pulses are accurate.

Edited by JungleofTaxemes: 9/23/2016 8:20:16 PMIt's pretty easy: you get first shot by using cover properly or coming from the air and you buffer the trigger to fire at max fire rate. Pulses/autos need a buff (should Hcs become consistent) because HCs have a higher skill ceiling. You therefore give them a higher skill floor by making people who can't deal with recoil control have too tough a time at using them. Improper use of a gun that needs 1 crit to kill in .83s means you die, to stop them being the only choice for everyone at like .8 K/D and above.

When we're talking pulse rifles, we're not talking Hawksaw and Grasp. We're talking Messenger/Spare Change and Haake pulse rifles.
