Once a starter pack is opened the Spark of Light and Subclass Boost can be used by any class, as can the Weapon Telemetries.

Right that's the problem, I used the Spark of Light, not the Level 25 booster that I bought because the transaction didn't go though until today. Can the level 25 booster I have in my inventory switched from Hunter to Warlock?

Unless what you mean is when I open it it will and can be used for any class?
