dont get me wrong... lag is VERY important too, but I think that just having the idiot spawn and be able to sprint right after that is asking for much less than lag fixing

thats ok "Ummmm.....what?" now because I bitched and complained now instead of Sprint working after the third or fourth button push now I'm lucky if it freaking works at all thank you very much Bungie

I'm very sorry I'm not usually a hostile person but this is been going on for quite some time now, and a decision needs to be made. Either get rid of the delay, or give us a stamina meter (size depending on your armor stats and abilities?) and put it right below the health bar, easy as that :o)
