A merc squad huh? Helping people with problems who can't find anyone who'll listen? Sounds like a plan to me! If we could manage to get five or so regular players (ones that get on at least four days a week) on each system to agree to it, we'd basically have an on-demand raid team. I wholly approve of the idea. Being on Xbox One, I'll be in the lookout for people who want to join up on my end. Let's see if we can make this a thing! :)
