Yes. Ignoring.
It's not like they made a big release in the last 36 hours. A release that had lots of problems and thousands and thousands of posts asking for help -- some of which warranted, others because people didn't read instructions.
There's no other alternative than they're ignoring you all until the problem goes away. It's impossible they're looking into the big problems and don't have much info to give yet.
But, oh wait. They have commented on the spark of light issue in other threads. So I guess your thesis is incorrect.

I personally have been ignored, and I have seen their posts about the spark of light. I have tried last night to fix this by re-downloading and refreshing everything I could cache and licenses and have gotten no where. I have messaged, tweeted, emailed, posted, and even tried to find a number. I have looked on all of my characters, and I restarted one of them. I have looked in both my vault and inventory, and I looked in my postmaster. Their problems are not mine. I have an issue, and it has not been addressed nor acknowledged. All I request is that this is acknowledged. I just want to know that this is a problem that will be worked on in the very near future. Also, you must have gotten your spark or have little to no issues. I do unfortunately.

I have a number for them. It's not for issues like this but if enough people call they might start to take care of things. If you want it let me know

I agree with what you are saying. The only thing that pisses me off is that we were promised something and they didn't follow through. They shouldn't be doing things like that.
