Assuming your story is factual, your erstwhile team member simply demonstrated his lack of social skill, ineptitude for leadership, and his utter idiocy. Only an abject moron thinks just playing the game (whether poorly or well) is a reportable offense. Or that said reporting will actually do anything other than mark himself clearly defined as a fool.
