So you want small arms and specialist broken down to individual weapon category burns ? Yea that's dumb , making small arms and specialist covers all primary and secondary weapon classes so you have choices to use.

Excessive maybe, not dumb though. Why would use an AR with small arms when I can use VoC? I want a reason to use weapons in situations that I wouldn't normally use them. It would definitely change the Destiny experience and change the inevitable grind, which would be nice.

You don't have to use voc, when small arms is active, you choose to use that. Use your abs defiant when it's active or anything else
