The rolls for Intellect, Discipline and Strength are randomly generated on armour, which is why this has happened.

No I checked multiple characters and gear that is fully leveled 36 exotic. All gear sold or upgraded by xur has significant increases to intellect, strength and discipline. All my gear is either purchased 2.0 or was previously upgraded could you check yours to see if I'm crazy. I do know legendary roles random, however I never new exotic to ever role random.
