And what would be the best way to communicate in your opinion?

The best way to agree on a form of communication that you guys would check daily. Of course you would use your mics in-game, but if your clan mates don't check the app that often then maybe you could have a newsletter through email. Basically something everybody agrees on and will see at a point in there day.
