They already confirmed that while the Main issues (Government taking control, the whole freedom vs. Security and Iron Man vs. Captain america) are gonna be present in the movie's main plot story, due to the fact that in the MCU there's no other masked vigilantes (except spiderman and Daredevil in this case, all the other heroes in th MCU are publicly known) it's possible that the heroes unmasking plot isn't gonna be present. Still it may play a part in the movie, all we know for know is that the events are taking place because of what happens in Age of Ultron and Ant-Man (yes both movies will cause the civil war). Black Panther is gonna day view for the first time in full costume ( he's gonna be the neutral one like spidey in the comic event) and now that Spidey is back we have to see how they are gonna place him in there.

Lets hope it happens and the I would love to see the daredevil arrest on screen him calling tony judas would be so freak awesome.

You should check out the Daredevil netflix series coming this april. It's part of the MCU but it will be darker and confirmed to have a Mature rating.

I ready for it can't wait to watch it are they releasing all the episodes at once like they do with their other shows.

Other Marvel/Netflix series include Jessica Jones with Krysten Ritter (Breaking Bad) playing the lead role and David Tenant (The tenth doctor in Doctor Who) playing the lead villain the Purple man. Luke cage (power-man) will have a series but the character will debut in jessica Jones played by Mike Colter who played agent Locke in The halo nightfall series. There's also an Iron fist series but nothing is known. When the four series end it will pair up to make the Defenders netflix series, it will have Daredevil, Jessica Jones, luke cage and Iron fist together like the Avengers.

I didn't know about the ironfist show no date for the other show yet?

There hasn't been official release dates for the other shows. Since Daredevil is already a wrap it will come this April and next it will be Jessica Jones which started filming recently.
