The Update, Beta, and Clans
It appears we have a few new tools on the site and in our group now. From what I can tell, this group [i]IS[/i] a clan. We have a tab on the right that lists our alliances, which is something I wasn't expecting (though sounds good too!).
To those that have access to the beta already, what hints towards clans are you seeing?
Whether anyone has any information or not, I'd like to hear what you think so far about the update. Have any thoughts about the group wall? Should it stay open to all, or only available to the admins? With 3000+ people, I'm thinking of changing it away from public access if we decide to leave it as our default page when going to our group. Any other thoughts?

We can all join the Clan once we've played Destiny, therefore soon it will be a free for all of people joining.

1 ответSeems like something's happening? I dunno I got a message that I can't open or delete from TMA. Also I can't seem to find the forum or, I just lost my way around the new unnecessarily confusing site. I guess this has to do with giving us the group power. On the leadership side the on the right shows as steele as the founder now with evileye and anelf admins. I think that's new. But on the about page above it still shows scruss as the founder with no admins. Maybe thats what this is all about. Anyways, just like 4 more days now. So close.

Clans are active now! You can now set The Marty Army as your clan for Playstation or Xbox. We're still working out the rest. More to follow when more information becomes available.

I would've made a new thread, but I don't seem to be allowed to do so >.> As far as public or not, I think that the most dedicated fans of Marty should seek this place out. I think private would help keep the place a little cozier, but I'm a relative noob, so what do I know...(been on bnet for 5 years, but this is a newer profile due to some website confusion...) You should make a thread with "Fan Stories" links, so that we can post our own in case Marty returns. 1 ответAs far as I can tell, we are not a clan; an admin would have to activate it. The wall probably should be for admins if you want it to be like news wall.

Is it not in the options for you admins, 2 check boxes under clan features for enable xbox clan features and enable playstation clan features? It seems like a group can become a clan, which turns its members into followers, and then people can opt in to join? It says something like that through the clan creation process in the clan features section. If its founder only to make the choice, if we did make the choice, perhaps you can can get whoever made steel and anelf admins the power to do that as well? Unless it was Marty who did that before he left..
