Quite simply, something like destinylfg.com but in-game at the Tower. Or even a forum system to improve the "social" aspect of Destiny and communication with clan members in-game. The game is very restricted in this aspect while in-game yet it's advertised as a "social" game. It's something that SHOULD have been in the game from day 1 and it's not like this is a new concept because many other games have been utilizing it for years (including pc games). Also, it compromises for people wanting/not wanting matchmaking for raids and whatnot. I like destinylfg.com, but it would be a huge convenience if it was built in-game, allowing for DIRECT invite to a fireteam instead of the process that's in place now.
