"Bungie is aware that the Xbox One Destiny Trial, when downloaded and installed, generates a "Trial Expired" message. Early investigations show that these "Trial Expired" messages are linked to downloads made in the first few days the Trial was available, starting 11/18/2014. Further, it appears that newer downloads will not receive this message and the Trial will work as expected. We are currently investigating a fix for players who are still encountering the "Trial Expired" error. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused." I just downloaded the trial and the issue still persists. Based on the the immense number of server error posts, Bungie seems to have bigger issues, but is there a realistic time frame for the Xbox One Trial Version repair? Now that I have seen and read about so many server issues in this forum, I'm moving away from buying the game, but a working trial might be a good start in persuading me otherwise.
