Little Background - I have a level 28 Warlock and a level 25 Hunter. Have probably a day and a halfs worth of hours. Come from a gaming background ranging from WoW to CoD. Have beaten VoG and all Story missions. Played all crucible gametypes and have read the grimoire. Topic 1 - Loot Distribution Personally, I think the loot system is very fair among players, giving them the oppurtunity to earn gear just as much as the person next to them, before and after patch. Just because you do better than someone else dosent mean you deserve a legendairy peice more than them? Lol, not even remotley accurate. Even if the person isint as good as you dosent mean he isint trying to contribute to your game. AFK players on the other hand is a different story, I believe thay bungie should implement a report afk component into the crucible for ease of access, but I can see how that would be corrupted for laughs and plain dicks. Topic 2 - Storyline Lets be real here, the storyline of this game is mediocore at best. Its simply lacking in immersiveness and key details that captures a gamers interest. Sure theres a charachter editor and beautiful world to explore, but there is nothing that pulls you into the nature of the game but instead, it makes me feel obselete. I feel the used condom style of story in call of duty is more enduring then this big and loud hunk of nothing. The most enticing cinematic of this "story" was going to the reef to make a visit to the queen. That made me feel important, but little did I know that was short lived and ended in about 2 cutseens that both equalled about 2 or 3 minutes. As I have heard other people say I dont really feel like I have gotten my moneys worth and if it qas a stand alone game with no other dlc coming to its name then I probably would have backed over it with my tank of a prius several, several times. Just to give it a taste of what its like to do the same eye gouging strike over and over again. (Im not even going to go in depth with the "defend dinklebot" hoard modes because literally, that was your campaign) So all in all knowing that there is more to come to this laughing stock but still quite great world of destiny excites me. But I cant guarentee ill stay loyal to this game until then. I may have repercussions of wanting to take down my old 360 from the attic and play games like fallout 3. Which is still the best game I have ever played in my life. I could start a new charachter over again and stil entertain myself because the posibilities in that game are endless and make destiny an eye sore. A game that came out in the 0s is still far more playable than what we have today. Bungie I think its safe to say we gave you what we had and expected maybe a little to much, but even if we expected half of what we did it would still barely be acceptable. Were all a little dissapointed. And im not a self entitling pig ither, this game truly cannot be worth the 60$ prictag that was slapped on it. Oh and then another 30$ for content I wont play for 3 - 7 months. You betterbkeep them pumping because Dragon Age and CoD along with Witcher are all on the agenda and I can promise you most gamers are going to get at least one of those. Topic 3 - Loot cave and loot hallway smh People say that this was the only reliable and fastst possible way to ensure your legendaries. But boy I hope you farmers get a time ban or some other form of arrogental slap in the face. Yes I invented a word. But really? Do it like a normal person and grind your faction rep up with the cruicible or vanguard or someone! Just do it! It will pay off so much more in the long run. Hell run a 20 minute Tiger strike. Jeeze loise. Blam! I just, I dont know, these people that complained about it being take away, just trade the gane in if its that unbearable. Topic 4 - OP Guns and Xur Honestly, I have no problemcwith xur or the fact hes selling the best guns in the game. Were lucky hes not some form or microtransactions lol. Otherwize we'd all be broke just as bad as this game. I dont own and exotic weapons so I havent had any experiancw with them, im more than hapoy with my trusty old shadowprice which has the perfect fire rate and swagness to get me through the day, kinda like my prius, but with horsepower instead of fire rate. Things id like to see improve: 1. Better and more immersive details in game that dont require me to check my phone every 10 minutes. That causes me have to put in extra effort and makes me feel obligated to check texts from the gf and furthermore get distracted. 2. A few more ship/weapon/sparrow designs wouldent hurt, and im talking more than a different color. It'd be cool to be able to change your outfit like in DC Universe. To be able to make it how you want with styles youve already collected, but with the same gear and stats. 3. A better currency system, ive got marks, coins, glimmer, motes. Its not confusing or anything, just wish you guys could have had a more generalized practice. 4. Charachter names! Please! 5. I truly hope they introduce a new class for you to play as, or at least a new subclass for your charachter! Sorry for spelling errors, or any of that.
