How old are you? Not to demean, just want to get an idea of where you are at in life before I give advice.

15? I figured as much.
I can't program for crap, and if can't draw etc.
You are way too young to be saying this :) When I was 15, I couldn't program for crap either, I had hardly ever even touched a programming language, and I thought that I didn't have what it took to program a game. Yet here I am today, I'm 23, I'm a Senior Computer Science Student, I'm graduating this quarter, and while I haven't quite broken into the gaming industry yet, things are certainly looking more hopeful than they did eight years ago :) Don't give up because of inexperience. Consider taking programming / art classes in highschool to see how it works out, see if it is something you enjoy, and pursue it into college and focus and apply yourself. You've got your whole life ahead of you, and there are many routes into the gaming industry, this is not a time for you to be closing doors for yourself :)
