How did you lose so much weight? 150-175 to 210 here.
Dedication and faith. I started out slow at first. I replaced all fluids with 1.5 gallons of water a day. Cut down to 1900 calories a day. I started out with over head arm claps and jumping jacks. Eventually sit ups, pushups. Then after I was down to 260 I began to run. I started out walking a mile. Eventually after a month I was running a 10 min mile. Then an 8 min mile. then finally the last 20lbs was off when i broke my plateau and ran a 4 min 50 sec mile. This was all over a 10 month period. I lost 30lbs the first month. Then 10 then an avg of 7-9 a month after.
