Ok red flag time! You played trials on your account, created 2016, a lot, until June 2025 - you barely got any kills, & your win loss was like 0.03, every win was fiollowed by 30+ losses, no offence but they're the stats of a bottom 0.1% player who can't aim. No shame in that, bear with me. January 2026, about 4 weeks ago, apparently you became a cross between Spartacus & Scumpi, you started playing trials & topped every lobby, not only did you top every lobby you won almost every single game & in 3 weekends you've played trials, solo may I add (which everyone knows is rough to win solo consistently), & you've won 297, yes 297 games & lost 5, including a recent 140+ win streak, you have been reborn into daredevil. This alone is enough to get you banned for life from every gaming platform to ever exist. But then you appear here saying you've been hacked, why now? Well, here's were knowledge comes into play. Since saying you've been hacked you've played 4 trials games, lost 3 & your win you got carried, got 2 kills in 4 games but yesterday you were Methuselah, what changed? The truth is, & you won't know this, you've previously paid for a recovery service before June 2026, & the seller has added an account to your account & you've not noticed. They do this for 2 reasons, either to cheat on when they need an account because theirs is banned, or they use spare accounts to do carries & recovs without fear of their own account being banned. I've seen this happen so many times & it's always on here, people claiming to be hacked when in reality you gave them your account access & this is why recoveries are bannable. You may have accidentally just flagged your own account for a ban 😢

I don't think there's anything Bungie can do without account verification, which you presumably don't have, but you can always try the 'Help' tag instead of 'Destiny 2' to see if more information could be offered.

Can't you just change your Bungie password?
