Thank you. After clearing the cache, I'm still unable to make it to the character selection screen. Also, the music is cutting in and out or it stops all together.

At this time, Destiny 2 is experiencing scheduled maintenance. Following this maintenance, please verify whether you still encounter the issue you describe. If the issue persists beyond the maintenance, then please consider reinstalling the game on your Xbox. If, even then, you encounter the same issue, then please let us know what impact the maintenance and reinstallation had, if any. We'll then review again.
