There is absolutely NO CHANCE that your restriction was caused by using this subclass. What are your network test results for speed, ping, jitter, and latency when testing:
1. To several servers multiple thousand miles/kilometers away.
2. To Seattle, Washington near Bungie

Nothing out of the ordinary that should indicate I should be restricted, could you share a specific url to a test you think I should do?
