The other day, I was using Hazardous Propulsion with Thruster and Storms Keep. I had the maximum amount of bolt charge and my rockets were launched at a group of enemies, but i noticed my bolt charge didn't proc. Do the rockets count as ability damage and bolt charge is bugged for it? If not, could you guys possibly consider it? Imo it's fun running around launching rockets instead of stacking barricades and I'm sure there are a few other people who would agree. I can get a video of it too if you guys would like to see.
