The situation is more like the former, where you can toggle permissions for specific features on or off once parental controls are enabled. For example, you could have chat enabled for your son while keeping purchases disabled.

Hey thanks but I have encountered another problem it says on your forum that after I verified that I am an adult it sends me to the parent control center but it dosent send me to the parent control center for some reason Is there anyway to access it using another way?

Hey thanks for everything bungie but I've encountered a small problem When I enable voice and text chat it on parantel controls it dosent let me enable them on destiny I'm not sure why My guess Is that destiny dosent know that parant control is on and no it's not a platform issue as other games work perfectly fine
