I need help with cross-save.
I want to know if it's possible to transfer my Bungie account from Steam, where I have my characters, to another Steam account because the current account it's linked to doesn't belong to me, it's my brother's, and he wants to create a Destiny 2 account on his own, but he can't do it because my main account is already there. Can this problem be solved by moving my main Bungie account from one Steam account to another?

So unfortunately they are locked to that one Steam account, it is not possible to move characters from one account to another. Cross-save lets you share characters on one account, across other platform accounts, like Steam to PSN. It would not help you in this case, there is no Steam to Steam share, and the characters would still belong to the old account anyway.
