Account hacked and Destiny account Practically wiped and sony have sent me to Bungie
Some Context
Last Saturday my account was hacked even though I have 2FA on and linked to my phone. Whilst my account was hacked the person deleted my 1310 titan and 1308 hunter, additionally they sent racial slurs to multiple groups resulting in a 7-day suspension (hence why I'm posting off my steam account). I contacted Sony and proved that It wasn't me on my account and they said they cannot remove the suspension but once it is up they'll remove it from my accounts history. For the destiny related issues, they sent me to Bungie.
I've been playing destiny since just after House of wolves came out and was a day 1 player of D2. All the weapons and armour on my titan and hunter were deleted as the characters were deleted, but my vault still has some 1310 gear in it. Having to complete all the campaigns again and regrinding pinnacles against is just such a blow right at the end of the season as all the GMs are now available and with VOG around the corner, it is just gonna stop me from playing destiny again due to the amount of time lost. I understand that I'm not gonna be able to get my god rolls back on my weapons and armour, but Bungie can see from the fact that I have seals and from gear in my vault being 1310 that I was there, additionally, I stream and can send footage of my titan at 1310. I'm not even asking to be put back to 1310 on my titan but can I please be reverted to my titan of having completed beyond the light campaign. Please
Overall
Can I just have my titan to a state of where the campaigns are all completed and I'm at least 1300, ill regrind my rolls, I will even redo my entire hunter, but please can something be done about my titan?

Unfortunately, whether due to accidental deletion or unauthorized account access, Bungie does not recover manually deleted characters or items, and does not replace in-game items that are lost or dismantled. Some things you have accomplished with your characters still remain intact, such as triumphs and items in your Collections, but any character-specific progress is lost.
