So I booted up the ps5 after I finished syncing and got on destiny to finish the shadowkeep campaign on my titan, I had previously finished on my warlock. When I went over to start it, I had to buy it again. Funny enough, I have completed garden of salvation and do have divinity, so why do I have to buy the dlc again bungie. Maybe this detail will help too, but the account this is on is a separate account from a main one where shadowkeep was purchased. So guardians, any help?

Hi there. Licenses are tied to the account that makes the purchase. Sharing game licenses between accounts on the same console/between consoles is a service only Playstation can provide you. If the license can't be shared, then you need to use the same account you bought Shadowkeep with to play or buy Shadowkeep on the second account.
