I know I'm not the first, and I'm sure to not be the last, but here's my two cents on Trials... You need to have a Flawless queue for teams that contain a player that has gone flawless that weekend. It is so demoralizing playing for hours, grinding bounties and collecting tokens, and just praying that you can get a three win card so you don't waste all the tokens you've earned. Players are forming lemmings groups, so your first card battle has a chance to play against people that just jump off the edge of the map. So when using a Mercy card, you have 4 losses and need 2 more wins to get a 3 win minimum to turn in tokens.... and then proceed to get stomped into oblivion by crazy good flawless teams with all the Adept Trials gear. If you had two separate queues, the primary queue is for everyone and is where we all start at the beginning of the weekend. Then as a team/player goes flawless, when they re-queue up for more runs, they are put into the Flawless queue, where they play against teams that have also gone flawless at least once that weekend. The purpose here is that those teams still struggling to get thru their cards, can be sure they're playing against other teams of people that haven't already gone flawless. Close games where it's down to the last game 4/5 points, those are fun, they encourage players to keep trying and get better... shutouts where it's 0/5 are demoralizing and make you question why you're even wasting your time. (and again, if you don't get at least a three win card, wasting all those tokens too). Without casuals being able to play and get some actual loot, we're not going to play. (well, we'll just for lemmings groups) The only reason I got my 3 win card last night, was because we joined a match and someone on the other team disconnected, and they all dropped. So a glitch is why I was happy to not have wasted 6ish hours of my time yesterday. p.s. When we got matched with similar skilled teams, Trials was a bunch of fun, winning and losing is ok as long as everyone is playing. Getting stomped into the ground is the problem. I don't need flawless, just a way to turn in my tokens. Cheers.
