I recently just opened a eververse engram rank 83 in season during my stream after I finished a iron banner match by going to the store and and didn't receive anything but the engram gone I checked the mail and also collection recents and nothing I can't screenshot due to stream as can't while streaming on Xbox but it will say I have not received anything upon opening help please.
