I was banned for 2 weeks because my internet was having issues. I have solve this problem by contacting my internet provider I have email bungie help/ support but they never reached out to me for over 4 days I would like confirmation that your still working on my case or not I feel a little disrespected for a game that I’ve played for 5 years brought every expansion grind over 1000 hours to get banned for something that was out of my control at the time and I can’t even get a response back even though I resolved the problem and shown proof in a video I sent

I know what it feels like, i was banned for two months. I only wish there was a way to notice that youre lagging, before it´s too late and the only warning is when you are banned. In my case, I only get a warning one single time, and I solved the problem, but, two days latter, out of nowhere I got the message that I was banned for two months.
