A buff to the storm like enhancing the track ing speed and buffing the damage will help make it track enemies faster this will help pvp and pve. Right now its so sluggish and can wander off when the opponent in pvp run away far enough. The reason for buffing the damage for the storm is because my teammate can steal the kill (enemies or Guardian) before the storm can finish the target, as a result i can't produce many orbs and can't earn progress for stasis quest.
