Bungie Rewards Issue
So I was attempting to get the Prophecy Dungeon hoodie a while back, but I didn't have the money for it. I claimed it and everything but I never actually bought it. I went back to find my claim code and it said I hadn't completed the requirements yet (even though I got email confirmation and everything). I figured I'd try and wait out the timeframe in which you could claim to see if it would fix itself, but it never did. Any help would be appreciated since I do really like the hoodie!!

2 отв.Hello. Unfortunately you cannot claim another code from the Rewards page since the reward no longer appears there. If you happen to remember the code, you can still use it at the Bungie Store. If you do not remember it, then unfortunately nothing can be done unless someone is able to give you a code they put down somewhere.
