Hi all So ... having the game freeze and crash from time to time is nothing new for me but the intervals at which it happened were long and it was tolerable. But recently (just before the expansion and up to now) the game freezes and crashes almost once per day where I play, and for no apparent reason. It just freezes at one point, just like shown in the video capture I took (link above), and I either have to manually end the game via Task Manager or very rarely it blocks my laptop and I have to force reboot the whole laptop. I would love to give an error code, but with this kind of crash the game doesn't even have the chance to give me one. I really love this game, but these random crashes can be really frustrating especially when it happens during a mission, strike or raid. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this ? Does this happen to anybody else ? Specs: My laptop is a Alienware M15 R2, with windows 10 x64, 16GB Ram and NVIDIA RTX 2080 MaxQ
