This post is 100% gonna get locked and edited, but I have reported a guy twice using the actual report forum for both win trading and DDOSing. Case IDs 42687 and 47270. (Link to account removed.)
He has since put his history on private, but you can catch his exploits from last weeks' Trials matches here where he was present in those games (link removed) on someone else's history, also reported under Case ID 47271.
This guy has a 93+ K/D in Trials, which shows blatant DDoSing and/or network manipulation as well. He actually had a tremendous amount of Trials matches against just one guy in his history before he made the change to win trading and private history.
Cherry on top? He then takes his Trials loot and farms ELO in a six stack in QP.
AND THOSE PAYERS WIN TRADE IN TRIALS TOO. It's like there's a whole underground win trading ring that Bungie isn't addressing at all. And win trading actually has a very negative effect on legit players. (See spoiler)
My reports are both several weeks old and nothing. Guy is still playing. This kid has been allowed to cheat for the best gear and then farm other players with it FOR MONTHS.
And there clearly isn't an automated system than can say "Hey now. This guy has 100+ flawless tickets with zero kills or assists. What's up with that?"
So either the people reviewing these reports don't know a red flag when they see one, or win trading and DDoSing are acceptable. Which is it?
And before people say "win trading doesn't hurt anyone," it does when you do it to get the best gear and then farm legit-playing players with it.
Bungie’s P2P network system is to blame. Need dedicated servers to stop this.
