So your answer is yes....since you know Kaspersky doesn’t meet the criteria as being a cheat/mod/trainer program.

What the hell are you writing about? I don't have any cheat programs, only the steam and the game and Kaspersky's antivirus were open. Or did you decide to troll on purpose? Go to other sections of the forum and don't bother me
What the hell are you writing about? I don't have any cheat programs, only the steam and the game and Kaspersky's antivirus were open. Or did you decide to troll on purpose? Go to other sections of the forum and don't bother me
How can you say with any degree of certainty that nothing other than the game and antivirus was running a year ago? The fact of the matter is that something triggered your account to be reviewed. Most likely was a restricted application triggering cheat detection. This review was then reviewed by a Bungie employee who was able to confirm the cause met the requirements for a ban. So it is most likely that you are simply mis-remembering what was running at the time.

What is the usual program for which you can ban - Windows 10 maybe?
-
What is the usual program for which you can ban - Windows 10 maybe?
yeah... that is why 87% of all pc users are banned./s Your attempts at being obtuse are not helping you appear innocent. Programs for coding, debugging, in addition to cheats, trainers, modding apps, graphics injectors, etc. There is a whole list of items on the restricted program types list.

Come on, you quit the game for a year and they'll ban you and come up with some reason, give an example of a game where this happens?
Come on, you quit the game for a year and they'll ban you and come up with some reason, give an example of a game where this happens?
No game bans you for not playing for any period of time...including destiny. There have been numerous posts by returning players who havent played in over a year and they were not banned. You were most likely banned for running a restricted app. My guess is you knew it back then which would be why you stopped playing as it would be a funny coincidence that you stopped just after running a bad app or otherwise breaking the rules. Part of the reason I think this is by your insistence that you knew exactly what was running over a year ago. Most players would only be able to give maybe a rough idea at best. Also, keep in mind there are a lot of apps that can lead to a ban that are not necessarily cheat tools, that is why it is important to know what was or could have been running around that time. Either way, if you really think the ban was placed in error, file the appeal. If it was done incorrectly they will reverse, if you haven't heard back within a few days, it was a valid ban.

Alas it is you who needs to read. Your paid for a revocable license to play d2. Then you broke the rules and caused said license to be revoked. As to what rule you broke you would need to look at what was installed and running a year ago and since you clearly don't want to admit what was running or don't know it is unlikely that you will ever know. Happy gaming sport

You are lying. There’s no way you know exactly what was running a year ago and since you’re banned you obviously ran something prohibited. What answer are you looking for here? “You’ve done nothing wrong they just banned you for no reason”? That what you want to hear? We’re not just going to play out your weird fantasy for you.
-
Hear the smart guy doesn't tell you anything from the Battle-net to Steam? Therefore, before accusing someone of lying, ask why a lot of time was played on Steam - because I transferred from Battle-net to the game and then played for a short time and did not play for a year
-
There was something on your machine, either now or a year ago, and it triggered the anticheat. The data was reviewed and the ban placed manually as a result. You’re done.
-
When asked if you had any cheat/mod/trainer on your computer, you responded with kaspersky antivirus. This, as you know, does not fall into any of these categories so you were purposely not answering the question asked. Thus, you seemed to be purposely not being truthful about the types of programs you had installed/running. Being that you are banned, that tells me a I need to know.

something besides kaspersky is installed and running in background and was detected.

Read above

SilentLucid is correct. As you have only played for a short time, something on your machine triggered the anticheat. An antivirus would not do this.
