The other being this pointless helmet only gives a small % chunk only if you're almost dead, basically being an extremely worst perk than even class armor mods that give health (or shield regen instead). This is a year 1 vanilla destiny 2 exotic, it's time for it AND old ones like it to get a facelift, barely nobody uses it despite it looking cool

Both it and crimson are also worded differently Crimson says it heals and it does. And mask says it regents health, which is an established portion of the bar at the top of the HUD.

And mask says it regents health, which is an established portion of the bar at the top of the HUD.[/quote] Yes, but both do the vitally giveback differently, the helmet doesn't do what Crimson does, voidwalker melee, certain armor mods for orbs of light.. it should be reworked to give that perk more reason to be, like make you have big resilience for a short time if this procs making you get your health back in the red bar but also give you a fighting chance, because way it is now this perk is useless.. even with a health bump back you'd still be near death and if there's tons of enemies near shooting you'll get decimated, specially in harder activities.
