Cannot Deactivate Cross save please help
So, I was outta town for a few weeks and my Lil brother activated cross-save so he could play his PS4 guardian on my Xbox. He also purchased silver with my account balance, however, I did contact Microsoft and the silver purchase has been refunded and the silver has been removed from my account. Now I'd like to deactivate cross-save to get back my characters with all my progress, but whenever I hit deactivate cross it keeps saying something like:,, unable to deactivate for 89 days because you have recently purchased silver on the account''. Please help I'm frustrated and I really want to play the Halloween on my Charakters before it goes awayyy

[/quote] If you use the form, you may ask Bungie to either deactivate your cross save, or change your active cross save character.
