Bright Dust Purchase not received, currency lost.

I purchased the VIOLENT EXORCISM ornament from the Eververse store this afternoon, July 20th 2020, as I loaded into the tower. (Likely the root of the problem) However while the bright-dust was taken from my inventory, no ornament was received. I tried closing and reopening Destiny 2, but the item still didn't show up in my inventory. I had space in the mod portion of my inventory, so it wouldn't have been lost that way. I checked the post master and found nothing. I am playing cross save on PC from PlayStation, I have been since Shadow Keep. This is the first time I have had the issue.
