This is relatively speaking very minor, but the inventory tab icon for shaders does not flash correctly when there are new items. When there is a new item in the modifications tab, both the mods and shaders icons on the left side of the screen flash like there is something new. This happens regardless of whether there is actually a new shader in the shaders tab. When there is a new shader but no new mods, the shaders tab icon does not flash. The new shader still flashes, but the tab icon does not.
