Nerfs always suck but I can understand nerfing Powerful Friends. It was pretty OP but what I don't understand is if you are nerfing that mod and potentially balancing other powerful mods, why does armour need to be sunset?
On a tangent, I'm seriously surprised that the idea of lowering masterworking requirements for armour is just a suggestion to the Dev team at this point. Personally think it should be something absolutely happening to lower player discomfort from sunsetting our existing armour.

My guess for why the nerfed powerful friends is because it can still be used in normal PvP and will probably be stronger then any future mod.
