Subclass ideas(feel free to criticize or add anything to this)

This has nothing to do with sub classes but the addition of the overload blade was a great thing to play around with and I would love to see more heavy weapons with these mods equipped. Sub classes seem to be a big topic right now since the rumors of the darkness coming and working for the guardians has been going around for a while now so I thought of some dark themed sub classes. These are still just rough scratch ideas that I came up with quickly but some of them take aspects that are already in the game and uses them in different ways. The first one I'll talk about is for the warlock since it is my main and I just can't seem to stop playing this character in particular. When destiny 2 first came out I was pretty excited until I got my hands on my warlock character from the first game. I noticed right off the bat that the subclass I used in so many situations was gone and I was no longer considered a Sun singer. I do understand how there was a lot of mechanics in raids or encounters that were just broken due to the self revive and the well of radiance replaced most of the abilities that subclass had. The main thing I used it for was of course the self revive but then the boost of stats afterwards was just pure domination, It gave the user full control over an area and seeing the glow of a sun singer from around a corner or in the distance made you feel how powerful it was. When I thought of a subclass for darkness it kept making me think of the sun singer but if you think of an ability that's the opposite to that then there is a lot to think of. Basically if you imagine a space of dark energy maybe four times the size of well of radiance that will blind enemies, mark them as high value targets and also applies the debuff effect on these targets. I think its about time that warlocks don't need to rely on hunters or titans to add debuffs and sometimes I just don't want to use divinity. Here comes the Doom Bringer subclass. Next up is the titans, I'd say this is the subclass I use least since I revamped my warlock's stats to act more like a hunter and titan mix. When I think back to early days on destiny 2 there was a moment for each of the sub classes where the three use their abilities in a cool way, Ikora blows up that ship with a big nova, Cayde 6 uses his golden gun to rapidly take out 3 incoming cabal, what did Zavala do? I remember he put up a bubble and sometimes died in it. Recent additions to the titan sub classes has been bubble related and they keep adding onto that fact. Why not add another bubble but this time its smaller and mobile. Compared to the bubble you placed before this one is pitch black from the outside but clear from the inside where the wielder moves around while maintaining this thing. Players will be able to shoot through this bubble and if possible the bullets shot out of it could be unstoppable rounds or something similar to that effect. I don't know fully what that idea could lead to but there it is. Someone gave it the name of the Iron Stance, forgot who called it that. Last but certainly not least, There is the Hunter. I thought that this subclass would probably resonate with darkness the most since things like tether are so dominate in the game right now. Also the fact that you can go invisible with this character means you are one step closer to being darkness yourself. Since this subclass was already so close to being one with the darkness it was slightly tougher to come up with something that could work with these other two new sub classes. There isn't really a wide range singular use super that is one and done like top tree tether which isn't really singular use if you have orpheus rig equipped and if you can use it in the right situations. The titan and warlock win this round when it comes to singular use supers since they are filled with them. I liked the idea of the hunter is all about using blades but why is the only subclass they have use small daggers that are short range or throws knives that don't always connect? Now imagine you just got your super and when you turn a corner the whole enemy team has lined up for you so you trigger a mad dash towards the last person in the line where you shoot across to them in a line of black energy that just completely destroys all in that line but also adds a lingering effect on the ground that simply looks like a dark line below your feet before fading out of existence. Look out for someone about to use the Withering Dash around a corner. Now these three sub classes are simply ideas I had, if anyone has ideas of their own then feel free to add onto mine or just keep criticism to only important parts. These three are not the only ones that I thought of but the final idea i had has to do with all sub classes. Now if the game could even handle the idea of sub classes being customized which would mean that instead of the element you were given upon choosing your subclass you could now change it. Those tanks in player vs player will no longer survive your dawn blade since their resistance armor is set to fire and you switched your subclass to a void dawn blade. I get that the sub classes were named this way based on their element but if we think about an arc nova bomb, a tether that is fire, or hammers that cause void damage, it kind of makes sense. You can change your element defense abilities in the game so why can't you change your element offence abilities then? I just think that the game could have way more competition in the pvp aspects with this idea and way more coordination with the pve areas of the game as well. This was just some idea I had one day while playing with some people from lfg, no one thought it was a good idea at the time but what can you expect from a bunch of randoms. That is all the ideas I had so far and just let me know what you guys think of them and don't bash me too hard if they aren't very good ideas.
