It’s been two weeks now since I can’t open the game anymore. I don’t know what is going on with Bungie but they seem not to care enough to fix this.
Black screened after selecting character, hear orbit noises but nothing ever loads, then error code watercress.
Reset the router and cleared cache on Xbox, uninstalled & reinstalled D2, reset Xbox. Nothing fixes. Also, works on friend's account, just not mine.
I paid for a game I cannot use...

They are aware of the issue occurring with Watercress error codes. The issue stems from play sessions not closing out correctly on their servers for some XBOX players. The only known workaround is, if you have the resources available, you can enable cross save and play on a different platform. I should note that Stadia has a free trial going on (if I’m not mistaken, it’s the Pro version) which would include the DLC. Otherwise, the issue will continue to affect those who are being affected until they can fix the issue.
