Season of Dawn and seasons to come

I understand people's frustration with things as they are, but I'm very hopeful and excited by what's happened. To see what comes next. The in-game lore for this season was visual and immersive, where our Guardian personally injected themselves into the history of the past and future (if you participated in the corridors puzzle). Saving Saint-14 in game and having him return to the tower felt better than reading grimoire, however well written. The obelisks were tedious to start, but by participating, they are one of the most rewarding activities, while still random. Of the various seasonal methods for gear acquisition, I enjoy this the most. It allows me access to the gear through bounties and occasionally participating in the Sundial at my leisure for the powerful gear. I choose the weapon from the comfort of the Tower, cause I put in the work to do so. This let me grind out Dawn gear without the burnout. It was brilliant. There is no endgame to pursue, so many of my hardcore friends are waiting for the next season, but I think they are missing out. This is a transitionary season to be sure, but the approach to lore, the seasonal mods, the weaponry (both exotic and legendary) were all my favorite so far D2. I love my Devil's Ruin, didn't give Sidearms a chance before it. Rat King was good, but I digress. I'm a Hunter, so naturally I'm not a fan of Titans, but getting the Devil's Ruin and getting to listen to Saint and Shaxx chop it up was very entertaining. Please keep this up 🙏. So excited by the idea of Trials coming back and having something competitive to work towards. Enjoying seasonal mods, even if a little bummed that they require armor with a slot specific to Dawn. I will always love my Thorn and my Chaperone, but I'm still digging Devil's Ruin. A fine addition for D2 all its own. I'm sad that I would traverse the corridors of time to hear my own eulogy, to collect a Fusion. Perhaps my Guardian got mixed up with the wrong Titans and deserved death, but I do love the look of Bastion. The first repeating, buck slug, shotgun fusion lol. It is still not as cheap as Erentil. Hahahaha there are all the down votes, but I'm very critical of you guys and the community. I wanted to say I really enjoyed this approach though. I don't mind reading lore between games, but living it again is fun too. You guys keep it up. Keep improving Armor 2.0, I like it. Keep making harder content more rewarding. Prisms and Shards feel special, so we can plan our perfected gear, but maybe a little too scarce for some. Excited to see what you do for the worthy. Please always have something to strive for. The steady drips of content are great, but if my clanmates have nothing to work towards for the season... It's up to me and a few others to convince them to play. I know the people who play more casually found it difficult to strive for things like Not Forgotten before the change to competitive. I'm sure the changes were welcome for a fair amount of the community. The people that need to be motivate to play for things beyond perfect rolled weapons, need something truly competitive. I hope Trials is that. I'm hoping the gear with ornaments is a sight to behold. Worthy of prestige. I hope the weapons have a specific trait, like Seraph rounds from Rasputin. Sometimes the people that "no life" the game should get things other can't acquire easily. This isn't to lock content away from people with children and day jobs, but to show the people who dedicate so much time to this fantasy that their time and effort can be manifest in the game. If we are "THE Guardian", Legend, they tell stories of us... I wanna look good when they do it. Keep up the good work. I know I'm as toxic as anyone else here in the forums, but we all this aggy cause we just love the game, even in it's various semi-dark ages. Love what yal do, even when it's dumb.
