Under Triumphs>Vanguard>Companions all entries are unlocked except for Devrim, Sloan, Failsafe, and Asher Mir. I have the rep maxed out with most of them but the system is pretending that I have never met any of those NPCs. I ran all the New Light intro quests that lead you to them as well as the Red War campaign. I have all other entries checked off in the Companions sub section. I have verified this problem exists with others as well. On a side note, area NPCs like Devrim have dialog lines at the completion of public events that are meant to get new players to talk to him in case they haven't already. He still adds a line at the end that sounds like he doesn't know my character. Is this a linked issue with the missing triumph, maybe? Its kind of killing that whole "suspension of disbelief" in story telling when a guy you prosecuted a guerilla war with still cant remember you. Or maybe it makes perfect sense. Maybe one of those cloaked Fallen Captains climbed up in that church tower and punched him SOOO hard in the face he now has TBI related injuries. "Memento 2: Devrim's Tale"
