Ever since the launch of shadowkeep, everytime I join any type of Pvp activity (Crucible/Gambit) I start to receive high latency, lag and ping spikes. This does not happen in PvE. I've tried many things, including port forwarding, changing my dns, and even contacting my ISP. I use a wired connection for my internet also. When I called my ISP, everything was fine. I also get messages saying this "Steam servers are down. As a result, some in-game systems will not be functional. Once Steam servers are back online, please log out and back in. Go to help.bungie.net for more information." If anyone has found a fix for any of these issues. Please let me know. Thank you
