Coming up on 3 weeks of not being honored a Season Pass with my Deluxe Edition purchase on Steam (no game-share or cross-save in use)

Hi folks, I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of Destiny 2 Shadowkeep on Steam back on Sept 7th as seen in the screenshot I'm linking, and upon logging in and transferring my save from b.net which worked successfully after initiating it manually (it did not work automatically even though I'd put in my info into the pcmove site beforehand), my game has not had the Season Pass unlocked. I have never had another Steam or Battle.net account that I could have mistakenly claimed it on, and I do not use cross-save at all (I have never played Destiny on another system), and I also do not nor have I ever used game-share / family-share through Steam. All of the pre-order, deluxe edition, and Shadowkeep content are working just fine - I only do not have access to the season pass. I also have never had any silver with which to purchase the season pass as I understand some accounts were given silver instead of the pass directly. I made a post early on about this and the "BNGHelp8" account did eventually pop in to say "Thanks for your report. I've escalated your issue to the appropriate team for investigation." but there has been no progress since then. Meanwhile this entire time I've been missing out on all the of the season pass level unlocks, XP boosts, legendary shard boosts, fireteam XP boosts, exotic and legendary engrams, vex offensive bounties and data seeds. I'm understandably frustrated by this... So I don't know where else to turn since Bungie doesn't have a ticket system I can submit to. I believe this should have been solved quickly by just adding the silver to my account so I could purchase the season pass in-game. The whole reason I went with the Deluxe edition was so that I would have future Season Passes and I haven't even received the first... Can anyone suggest anything or if anyone at Bungie reads this could I please get a real support ticket or anything to move this along? Thanks for reading SubGum

  • this is me 100%. I was able to submit a ticket and they told me essentially that I didn't have my PC move done (even though we ALL know that the damn thing broke during launch since hundreds if not thousands of us are STILL experiencing this) and my season pass was applied to my steam account only and not my battlenet xfer. Here is the email they sent me back. Hello, Destiny Player Support has reviewed your help request. Our records show that on October 1 the Season Passes were applied to another linked account of yours. Season Passes are bound to the first Destiny account that a player logs in with after their purchase, even if no characters have been created on it yet. For that reason, we urge all players to set up Cross Save prior to purchasing Shadowkeep, if they intend on playing with characters from different platforms. Players who applied their Season Passes to an unintended Destiny account for any reason will still find that their Season Passes are available on those characters if they ever choose to log in with them. They have zero intentions on admitting that PC Move broke or glitched or something during launch day and wont fix it either. Best of luck my friend. You are not alone.
