But if all animals have equal value, that doesn't give a human baby more importance than a kitten. For example, if a fire fighter walked into a burning building, and he had a 90% chance of saving a kitten, and only a 10% chance of saving a baby, he should go for the kitten first. [b]I am NOT saying he shouldn't try to help the baby, only that a human baby shouldn't get special precedence over any other animal.[/b] All life is sacred. And every animal has friends and family that love it. Humans aren't better. We should remember every animal when we go into dangerous situations...
