I play Destiny 2 on an XBOX 1 that I share with a friend. Before Shadowkeep launched, we pre-ordered Shadowkeep on my friend's account. We had done this before with CoO, Warmind, and Forsaken, and both of us able to play the content in those DLC's without issue. However, with Shadowkeep, my friend has access to all of Shadowkeep's content, while I do not. He has access to the Shadowkeep campaign, while I am prompted to purchase it. How do I fix this issue? Or will I need to buy it on my account as well? EDIT: Issue has been resolved. Simply went to game store and downloaded fron there.
