Rat King quest
As someone who is trying to collect as much as possible in the game, I'd like to know if it's still possible to get The Rat King. I have done Enemy Of My Enemy with a new character and got the quest step, but it wants me to do the 3 patrols. I did a patrol on the EDZ with a fireteam member, and it's not counting. Not to mention that I don't see the patrol beacons, so he has to start them for me. Supposedly I need to speak to Cayde in the EDZ, from what I've seen on other people's posts, but that mission isn't available. What do I do?

Leveling up to your level cap (this is based on the content you own; for example, if you only own the base game, your level cap is 30) and ranking up once past the level cap[/quote] As for the Rat King quest, make sure any fireteam members either also have the quest or have the Rat King equipped.
