Snipers need a buff.
Snipers need a buff in PvP and PvE. Specifically in PvP, they currently cannot kill a super or a invader with an overshield in Gambit Prime (high impacts can; others can.)

Just a precision damage buff is all they need. Shenanigans like the video above should not happen ever. If they do, it should only apply to the rapid fire frames.
