Are you using the mobile app, the mobile website, or the regular website for Bungie.net? Are you on a mobile device or a computer? What browser(s) are you using or have you tried? Have you tried using a browser you've not used before in case it's a cookie issue? Have you tried clearing your cookies then trying? Have you tried disabling adblocker/popup blockers then trying? Have you gone to the websites for each of the platforms and logged in, then logged out to make sure the cookies for those platforms are cleared from your system? What steps have you taken, specifically in addition to any above I asked about?
